28.6.1 The worker may start work later, without loss of wages, to ensure that he or she is paid a break of at least eight hours; or 25.7.2 The agreement must meet the following requirement, so that the Commission can amend the allocation to implement it: but, as we know, Star Sydney is a good employer – and we are in the process of entering into negotiations with them and our United Voice union on our new enterprise agreement. 41.1.2 Casino table game means a casino game that is played under the control and direction of a table player. It includes games that are normally played at a table, and games that contain electronic tools to play the game, such as Z.C.-Roulette. 25.7.4 In the event that the EU does not raise objections to the agreement with the Commission within 14 days of the conclusion of the agreement, the Commission amends the allocation if it complies with the SIS Law. 4.2 Paragraph 15.3 of this sentence will come into force on 15 April 1998. Between February 27, 1998 and April 15, 1998, employers and part-time workers strive to reach an agreement in accordance with item 15.3.9 of this bonus. (a) The duration of the apprenticeship is set out in the training agreement or in the training contract for each apprentice. The defined period for which apprentices` rates of pay apply may not exceed five years. 31.6.4 On an appointment between an employer and an individual worker, the worker may have access, above the limit set at 31.6.3, to an additional amount of his personal leave accumulated for the purposes indicated at 31.6.1. In these circumstances, the employer and the worker agree on the additional amount that can be accessed. This award covers the sector of persons employed in any capacity, full-time, part-time or in casual spaces in hotels, resorts, casinos, taverns, wine shows, wine and spirits merchants who sell to the general public in or related to accommodation, with the sale of beverages, the preparation and service of food and beverages, the cleaning and maintenance of premises and all related services. 27.1 When a worker, including a casual worker, must work five hours or more per day, he or she must have an unpaid food break of at least 30 minutes.
The break may not take place until one hour after the start of work and no later than six hours after the start of work. 28.1.2 (c) the needs of the workplace or business; 27.2 If the unpaid break is taken after five hours of work, the worker must take an additional 20-minute paid break. The employer must allow the worker to take this additional food break no earlier than two hours after the start of work and no later than five hours after the start of work. 41.6.2 Security Officer Grade 1 means a casino employee with appropriate licenses who performs routine security functions throughout the Casino complex, including backup, observation, monitoring and/or space protection tasks, including response to alarms and incidents. 25.7.8 (b) one or more members employed by the employer to work in the company or workplace in question. 25.7.1 If, in a given company or workplace, an agreement is reached between the employer and the majority of workers for the payment of additional contributions to a fund other than HOST-PLUS, the Commission is called upon to change the functioning of the arbitration award for the company or workplace concerned.
